Care and safe burning

• Burn until the wax reaches the edge the first time you light it, so the surface stays level.
• Trim the wick before each burn for a low, clean flame.
• Burn on a level, heat-resistant surface, well away from draughts, curtains, fabric, paper and anything else that can catch fire.
• Never leave it lit and unattended, and keep it away from children and pets.
• Do not use the piece if it is cracked, chipped or damaged.
• Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and any other debris.
• Extinguish the flame with a snuffer or a lid. Never use water: it can spit molten wax and crack a hot piece.

• Do not burn it dry, and let the piece cool fully before handling it.
• Clean the surface with a dry cloth only.
